Job Summary
Flipster is a cutting-edge trading platform that focuses on the crypto industry. They are in search of a professional with crypto experience to strengthen their key account support team. This role entails managing relationships with VIP retail clients, enhancing user experience, and promoting platform growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for users.
- Cultivate existing customer relationships by understanding their needs and maintaining regular communication.
- Identify expansion opportunities for clients and provide necessary resources for realization.
- Guide clients in using Flipster’s products and keep them informed about platform updates.
- Conduct user behavior analysis, identify client needs, and generate essential customer reports.
- Manage VIP queries, follow up with internal teams for resolutions.
- Maintain records and prepare reports as needed.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Significant background in account or relationship management within financial or trading sectors.
- Knowledge of products gained from working in exchange, broker, or trading companies.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Proficient in client management, including building relationships, organizing client data, and encouraging client engagement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various situations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Capable of working effectively in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment with 24/7 operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean language is a plus.
- Deep interest in crypto industry, with relevant experience preferred.
