Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and oversee operations for the Latin America P2P business, including local operations, product localization, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Gather feedback from local users and communities, as well as insights on competitors, to enhance service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships with local P2P entities, blockchain/crypto communities, and associations to increase P2P awareness within the LATAM market.
- Pursue additional partnerships related to P2P initiatives.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive P2P volume growth, support content creation, and implement promotion strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with regulators, banks, and payment partners.
- Stay informed about current regulations to offer informed strategic guidance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of successful experience in a comparable role within Business Development or Business Growth in a blockchain/crypto company, financial institution, or bank in LATAM.
- Thorough knowledge of local communities and the cryptocurrency landscape in LATAM.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with international partners and stakeholders.
