We are in search of a driven individual to become a key member of our Marketing Team as a LatAm Marketing Associate. This role entails spearheading our marketing endeavors in the South America region, shaping and executing a localized strategy while collaborating seamlessly with our global marketing team to further enhance our presence in this evolving market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing and Growth:
- Formulate and execute the LatAm marketing strategy to align with our global mission, focusing on high net worth client growth.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities in the LatAm market.
- Devise and implement tailored marketing campaigns customized to the specific needs and preferences of HNW clients in LatAm.
Client Acquisition and Engagement:
- Drive client acquisition through targeted strategies across various channels.
- Develop thought-provoking content that educates and engages potential clients in LatAm.
- Plan and host exclusive events to nurture relationships, generate leads, and enhance loyalty among clients, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to meet the unique demands of the LatAm market.
Influencer Marketing and Ecosystem Building:
- Cultivate key partnerships with influencers and media outlets in LatAm’s fintech and business sectors to amplify our brand presence.
- Establish and oversee influencer and affiliate programs to expand market reach effectively.
Measurement and Optimization:
- Track and analyze campaign performance to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Establish reporting metrics to measure the success of the LatAm marketing strategy and communicate ROI to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within the crypto or FinTech industry.
- Proven track record in executing marketing campaigns targeting high net worth clients.
- Experience in managing influencer and affiliate campaigns.
- Sound understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Fluent in English, with event planning experience being a plus.
