Responsibilities

• Lead and guide your team, cultivating a culture of high collective impact and productivity aimed at delivering new features to elevate our customer experience.
• Develop, construct, operate, and sustain crucial systems, guaranteeing their reliability, performance, and accessibility, predominantly focusing on our e-commerce and blockchain-based systems.
• Collaborate with other team leads to present a coherent product and technical strategy, ensuring harmony in technical alignment across the organization.
• Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, training initiatives, and career progression within your team, aligning these efforts with Ledger's growth and retention objectives.
• Advocate for engineering best practices, influencing choices concerning tools, architecture, and Agile methodologies to continuously refine team practices and product excellence.
• Actively engage in sprint deliveries, ensuring that quality, performance, and security are embedded in deliverables, all while nurturing innovative thoughts and resolutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing highly proficient engineering teams, with a proven history of delivering scalable, resilient applications.
• Expertise in key technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS.
• Strong software development background with adeptness in various programming languages, ensuring the optimal tool selection for each task.
• Familiarity with high traffic transactional websites and optimization best practices for enhanced performance.
• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain is favorable but not obligatory.
