About the Role:
Within the Product Strategy and Operations team at Circle, we lead internal strategic consultancy and execution across all facets of the business. Specifically, our Monetization team focuses on shaping both short and long-term strategies to capture value creation in the dynamic crypto landscape. As strategic partners, we collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Development, and other functions to devise innovative monetization and incentive strategies aligning with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop monetization strategies for new and existing products by collaborating cross-functionally
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis of monetization trends
- Create financial models to evaluate pricing strategies and assess impact on P&L
- Support commercial strategy for growth partnerships and design partners
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers on scoping technical requirements
- Lead discussions and decisions on monetization and incentives with senior leadership
- Ensure operational readiness for the implementation of monetization strategies across internal teams
Key Qualifications:
- Possess 7+ years of relevant experience in Monetization, Strategy, Strategic Finance, or equivalent field
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and deal support, with exposure to crypto or fintech sectors preferred
- Effective communicator comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Proven ability to work in dynamic environments, driving order and structure towards business goals
- Self-motivated, independent thinker with a growth mindset towards business strategy
Additional Information:
- This role is open to qualifying candidates for day-one PERM sponsorship.
- Total compensation package includes annual bonus target of 15%, equity, medical, dental, vision benefits, and 401(k) plan.
