Responsibilities:

Circle seeks a Lead Product Designer accountable for steering the design direction to cater to customer requirements, introducing innovative interfaces for currency, treasury, and payment solutions. As the helm of end-to-end design for your product niche, collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and clientele is imperative to sculpt solutions tailored for use by myriad businesses, impacting a vast demographic of end-users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer requirements within the evolving crypto and blockchain spectrum
• Identify and prioritize customer needs in tandem with product and engineering cohorts
• Foster alignment across multiple teams at Circle to converge on problem solution spaces
• Employ data-driven insights to inform decision-making for both yourself and stakeholders
• Contribute to nurturing the design team, playing a pivotal role in embedding best practices as we expand

Qualifications:

• Over seven years of UX or product design experience, demonstrating ownership of end-to-end design processes and evolution of multiple products or features
• Proven history of promoting a robust design culture, centering focus on customer-centricity and fostering growth in others' work
• Skill in discerning interconnectedness within various product domains to solve analogous issues
• Proficiency in resolving intricate service design challenges and task-focused workflows

Additional Details:

• This role is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship subject to candidate eligibility.
• Total compensation, including base and bonus, is adjusted according to factors like experience, skills, and organizational needs. Compensation ranges can vary based on location.
• Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500 annually
• Annual Bonus Target: 15%
• Additional Benefits: Equity allotment and comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Flexible vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave yearly, and 11 paid holidays per year within the U.S.
