Responsibilities: As the Lead for Regulated Compliance Programs, you will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling an integrated regulatory and fiduciary control structure for our specialized strategic operations. You will utilize an existing bank framework to ensure that these high-growth initiatives adhere to the highest fiduciary standards and security measures. Additionally, you will serve as a seasoned manager with diverse expertise, actively contributing to the prioritization of tasks and ensuring the seamless application of our established bank-grade protocols to new public-facing platforms.

Technical Skills:

  • Apply analytical skills and specialized expertise to independently tackle complex regulatory issues, influencing solutions across various internal functions.
  • Contribute to crafting department strategies, objectives, and frameworks to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

  • Demonstrate extreme ownership of intricate challenges like settlement oversight and conflict resolution, selecting optimal approaches with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Typically hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing small to medium-sized teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with ease, preempting challenges and escalating only critical issues.
  • Leadership style characterized by empathy and humility, fostering trust and embodying company values and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in demanding digital asset or fintech compliance environments.
  • Possession of advanced certifications relating to fiduciary or banking regulations (e.g., CRCM or CPCO).
  • Juris Doctorate (JD).
  • Personal emotional connection to the soundtrack of Hamilton, which chronicles the establishment of a new financial system.
