Lead / Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Institutional)
Job Overview: Our Product Management team is responsible for driving the development of product initiatives from concept to launch, delivering impactful features and products globally. Collaborating with various teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers, the team ensures the successful delivery of innovative products.
Seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of a pioneering platform within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will guide product strategy, drive product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge features and products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap, focusing on enhancing the institutional user experience and expanding the institutional product suite.
- Define product features and requirements, collaborating closely with development teams to drive technical solutions and ensure product quality.
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives effectively and delivering products and features in a timely manner.
- Engage with business and sales teams to gather user feedback, iterate on product design, and prioritize user needs accordingly.
- Stay informed about market trends and represent the product domain in cross-functional communications.
- Manage specific features within the product suite to enhance product offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, preferably with expertise in exchange, institutional trading, or prime brokerage platforms.
- Data-informed approach with a focus on user-centric design.
- Track record of shipping and improving successful software or financial products on a large scale.
- Strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and ability to drive results.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to learning new concepts.
- Proficient in understanding technical concepts with a preference for technical aptitude.
- Demonstrated humility and openness in interactions with colleagues.
