Job Responsibilities:
Lead, strategize, and oversee the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap with a focus on optimizing the user experience for institutional and professional traders.
Develop, refine, and enhance a top-notch trading platform and workflows tailored for institutional traders, ensuring an exceptional user interface and experience.
Drive the development and management of various institutional products, such as Crypto-As-A-Service, Line of Credit, OTC RFQ & ESP, API trading connectivity, and Commercial Custody.
Define product features and objectives by spearheading the creation and documentation of product details and requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to provide direction, work closely with lead developers on technical solutions, and collaborate with QA engineers on comprehensive testing strategies.
Effectively manage and maintain the product roadmap backlog to ensure timely delivery of products and features.
Engage with business and sales teams to conduct user studies, gather feedback, and prioritize user needs appropriately through feedback iteration.
Efficiently prioritize initiatives and projects, evaluating trade-offs to achieve optimal results.
Stay informed about market and industry trends, ensuring alignment with product strategies and developments.
Represent the product domain in cross-functional team interactions and oversee specific features within the product suite.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of exchange platforms, institutional trading, or prime brokerage platforms desired.
Possess a data-driven approach with a focus on user-centric design principles.
Enthusiasm for crafting exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.
Proven track record in shipping and enhancing successful software or financial products on a large scale.
Demonstrated leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams including designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth departments.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to embrace new learning opportunities.
Exhibit humility in approach towards work and collaboration with others.
