Lead / Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Institutional)

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from the starting point of conception, through roadmap prioritization and on to execution, thereby having a significant impact and successfully launching products/features across our global reach. We work collaboratively with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team associates to deliver outstanding features and products.

About the Role:

We seek a Senior / Lead Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives from inception through to completion. This is a distinctive opportunity for an individual with a keen vision to design and oversee a platform that has the potential to revolutionize the financial landscape. The successful candidate will drive impact and lead the launch of products/features across our global scope. Working closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional features and products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, execute, and maintain the Exchange's Institutional roadmap, with a focus on Institutional User Experience and Institutional Product Suite including Crypto-As-A-Service, Line of Credit, OTC RFQ & ESP, API trading connectivity and features, and Commercial Custody (interim)

• Articulate feature and product requirements by leading and meticulously documenting product specifications

• Collaborate with Development Teams to give direction for product outcomes, participate in the development of technical solutions, and provide guidance for comprehensive test plans

• Manage the roadmap backlog effectively and ensure timely delivery of products and features

• Engage with Business and Sales Teams to facilitate user studies and derive feedback for product enhancement, prioritizing user needs accordingly

• Strategically prioritize initiatives and projects and evaluate trade-offs for optimal results

• Stay informed on market trends and industry dynamics

• Represent the area of expertise in communications with cross-functional teams and manage specific features within the product suite

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a strong understanding of exchange / Institutional trading / prime brokerage platforms preferred

• Possess a data-driven approach with a strong user focus

• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful Software or Financial products at scale

• Exhibit strong leadership qualities, taking initiative and producing tangible results

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various team members including designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth

• Willingness to learn and remain diligent in staying abreast with industry advancements

• Exhibit humility in interactions and work dynamics while having a good grasp of technical concepts and their application.
