About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior / Lead Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives from inception to execution. B. Institutional Product Suite:

  • Cryptocurrency as a Service

  • Line of Credit

  • OTC RFQ & ESP

  • API trading connectivity and features

  • Commercial Custody (temporary provisions)

  • Feature and Product Definition:

  • Define feature specifications and requirements actively

  • Collaboration with Development Teams:

  • Guide product outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with lead developers on technical solutions

  • Provide directives to QA engineers for thorough test plans

  • Roadmap Management:

  • Handle the roadmap backlog

  • Ensure timely delivery of products and features

  • Engagement with Business and Sales Teams:

  • Conduct user studies during client meetings and interviews to gather product feedback

  • Incorporate user feedback to prioritize user requirements effectively

  • Prioritization of Initiatives:

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in product management, preferably with expertise in exchange / institutional trading / prime brokerage platforms
  • Experience with a data-driven approach that prioritizes user needs
  • A strong commitment to creating outstanding customer-oriented products and experiences
  • Proven track record of shipping successful software or financial products at scale
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, initiative-taking, and results-driven attitude
