Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for a variety of venture projects closely tied to our core businesses. These projects are created quickly and efficiently with a lean team structure. As part of our team, you will play an active role in designing various components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Join the Main App team in executing a system capable of accommodating 100 million active users globally. Senior Software Developers lead and drive the implementation of technical and non-technical solutions to support both internal users and external customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Platform Team on project development
- Hold complete ownership of the product from inception to delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Backend, Frontend, and QA developers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in development processes, tools, and testing
- Innovate on RAG application, Workflow Automation, and other tools to enhance team productivity
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest optimized solutions
- Support and maintain existing applications, resolving bugs and addressing customer issues
- Analyze and escalate application errors to internal engineering teams
- Drive architectural, platform, tooling, and DevOps improvements within the team
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience in server-side programming languages
- 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails or similar web MVC frameworks
- Strong communication skills for interactions with both technical and non-technical team members
- Openness to contributing and engaging with the open-source community
- Quick learner with a proactive approach and a focus on delivering results
- Ability to work independently, be accountable, and handle pressure effectively
