- Responsibilities:
Join us as a Lead UX Designer responsible for crafting immersive and user-focused experiences across Circle’s web platforms. Your role will involve shaping website user journeys, information architecture, hierarchy, and navigation in collaboration with a skilled design team. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and engaging with various stakeholders, you will conduct research, create prototypes, and simplify complex concepts into intuitive experiences, profoundly influencing Circle's online engagement strategies.
Key Duties:
- Develop intuitive UX structures, emphasizing optimal user experience through wireframing, flowcharts, and prototyping.
- Iterate swiftly based on customer journey mapping and persona building, offering suggestions for ongoing website enhancements.
- Conduct continuous user research aligned with the website roadmap, sharing findings with stakeholders to steer future strategies.
- Facilitate customer discovery sessions, design thinking workshops, and journey mapping exercises to unravel pain points and barriers.
- Manage the creation of architecture-related deliverables such as information architecture and taxonomy structures.
- Spearhead UX processes, ensuring documentation, knowledge sharing, and iterative refinement within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee the measurability, tracking, and scalability of design experiments and new feature releases.
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines, aligning with the strategic roadmap.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of UX experience with expertise in digital design and information architecture.
- Proficiency in creating global web experiences for various platforms.
- Hands-on experience with user research, solution sketching, and wireframing.
- Ability to pioneer the UX process as the lead architect, focusing on the broader vision, user flow, and information structure.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative prowess.
- Well-versed in accessibility standards, SEO practices, with a keen eye for detail and urgency.
- Enthusiasm for blockchain, crypto, and finance, with a goal of mainstreaming Circle.
- Familiarity with MacOS, GSuite, LucidChart, Figma, Google Analytics, Superset, and Hubspot.
