Key Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a collaborative Lead UX Designer who will be pivotal in developing intuitive and user-centric experiences for Circle's web properties. This role involves spearheading the design of the website user journey, information architecture, and wayfinding in close collaboration with a team of designers. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and engaging with various stakeholders, the Lead UX Designer will conduct research, create prototypes, and simplify complex concepts to enhance user experiences on the website.
Primary Duties Include:
- Crafting intuitive UX structures focusing on delivering top-notch user experiences through wire-framing, flowcharts, and prototypes.
- Iterating rapidly through customer journey mapping, persona development, and offering recommendations for ongoing website projects.
- Conducting user research aligned with the website roadmap, sharing insights with stakeholders, and informing future website enhancements.
- Facilitating customer discovery sessions, design thinking discussions, and journey mapping workshops to identify pain points.
- Reviewing and creating architecture-focused deliverables for projects, such as information architecture and content structures.
- Owning and refining UX processes within the team while promoting collaboration for measurable and scalable design experiments.
- Delivering high-quality work aligned with the website roadmap and ensuring project timelines are met consistently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Over 7 years of UX experience with proficiencies in digital design and information architecture.
- Proven track record in developing global web experiences across various platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in user research, solution sketching, and wireframing.
- Proficiency in driving UX processes encompassing user flow and information architecture.
- Strong portfolio showcasing technical competencies and innovative thinking.
- Up-to-date on accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, attention to details, and consistent delivery.
- Passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, and financial technologies.
- Familiarity with MacOS, GSuite, and other relevant tools.
Additional Details:
This role offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates in the US.
Compensation is influenced by factors like experience, skill set, and organizational needs.
Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000
Annual Bonus Target: 15%
