Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust business development strategy for global partners, focusing on banks, financial institutions, major tech companies, leading crypto exchanges, and DeFi protocols.
- Ensure exceptional experiences for external partners and internal stakeholders by establishing, measuring, and surpassing key service level metrics.
- Serve as a domain expert to drive forward-looking strategies, acquire customers, and manage stablecoin partner onboarding, account management, competitive research, and community engagement activities.
- Address partner requirements, expand stablecoin services to meet mass adoption needs, and contribute to business roadmaps with innovative customer feature recommendations supported by data and insights.
- Drive integration of existing features, exchange services, and bank/payment channel services through creative solutions.
- Engage in related M&A activities and contribute to investor relations management by collaborating with internal teams and target company leadership to achieve strategic objectives post-acquisition.
- Build, manage, and expand a global sales and customer service team capable of adapting to the team's evolving responsibilities.
- Participate and speak at various crypto events such as AMAs, fireside chats, and blockchain events globally.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of leadership experience in general, program, or operations roles at fast-paced, results-driven organizations. Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proven track record of closing high-value solution deals exceeding USD $5 million in complex fintech/crypto environments.
- Proficient in working independently on legal, compliance, and information security matters, adept at resolving internal and external issues through effective communication.
- Deep understanding of revenue goals and partnership facilitation, with a keen interest in exploring emerging technologies and business models in the crypto space.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience leading BD/sales/customer teams, overseeing large-scale projects, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to guide a team of crypto enthusiasts.
- Experience advising senior leadership, assessing system performance, and making critical decisions autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stablecoins, exchanges, payment services, and API services at prominent Crypto companies like Binance, Coinbase, Tether, Circle, Paxos, FTX, or Crypto.com.
- Background in post-merger integration within a publicly-traded company or a reputable consulting firm.
- Experience with bank/big tech/financial institution products.
- Proficiency in English/Mandarin to facilitate communication with overseas partners and stakeholders.
