Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking an adept legal project manager to collaborate closely with senior litigation attorneys on managing a diverse range of legal cases, investigations, and technical projects. Responsibilities will include overseeing case management, tracking, reporting, and coordinating various case-related activities. This position necessitates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional collaborations effectively.
Key Focus Areas:
- Support all facets of litigation, internal investigations, and special projects, including subpoena responses, eDiscovery, and vendor coordination.
- Manage and update case materials, databases, and systems efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison among internal teams, vendors, and external counsel.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and assist in developing enterprise-level information management policies.
- Coordinate legal document preparation, review, and delivery.
- Execute additional legal and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of litigation experience in corporate, law firm, or government settings
- Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and managing confidential information
- Strong organizational and critical thinking capabilities
- Competency in Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or experience as a legal executive assistant, paralegal, or project manager
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work calmly under pressure
- Knowledge of information governance and eDiscovery best practices
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Additional Details:
- Position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship
- Varied factors determine starting pay within the range of $130,000 to $170,000
- Annual bonus target of 15%
