Listing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Listing Manager to join our team. The Listing Manager will be responsible for managing the process of listing new cryptocurrencies and blockchain assets on our exchange platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential cryptocurrencies and blockchain projects for listing on the exchange.
• Evaluate the quality, credibility, and potential risks associated with blockchain projects seeking listing. This includes assessing whitepapers, team backgrounds, technology, and community engagement.
• Manage the listing process from start to finish, including coordinating with project teams, conducting due diligence, and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Ensure that listed assets comply with relevant regulatory requirements and exchange policies, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with blockchain projects, exchange partners, regulatory bodies, and other industry stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, providing guidance on listing requirements, documentation, and compliance procedures.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the listing process, such as technical challenges, compliance concerns, or conflicts with project teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for potential listing opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research and due diligence on blockchain projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain assets, with the ability to ensure compliance throughout the listing process.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the listing process.
• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
