**Role **

Elwood is seeking Product Managers to contribute to our team by:

• Implementing product strategy
• Collaborating with developers for efficient delivery
• Analyzing competitor offerings
• Aligning business goals with product strategy
• Collecting user requirements and defining product features
• Assisting in product prioritization
• Fostering impactful action cross-functionally
• Managing product profitability and success
• Providing stakeholders with product and market insights
• Supporting product marketing with key differentiators
• Defining high-level requirements
• Overseeing all aspects of existing products, including feedback, requirements, and issues

Qualifications & Competencies

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Execution Management Systems (EMS)
• Knowledge of various algorithms like TWAP and VWAP
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication incl. presenting products to prospects and clients
• Team player with an inclination to collaborate and build consensus

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to engage with diverse teams in the organization
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies and related markets
