Position Overview:

sFOX is currently seeking a dedicated Manager, Finance Operations, Banking and Risk to join their energetic team. The selected candidate will oversee global bank relations, manage banking operations, supervise ACH transactions, control treasury functions, and mitigate risks and fraud within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Banking Management

  • Cultivate and sustain robust connections with international banking partners

  • Negotiate favorable terms for banking services and monitor performance

  • Act as the main contact for banking-related issues and enhance banking operations globally

  • Risk and Fraud Minimization

  • Recognize, evaluate, and mitigate financial and operational risks, including ACH chargeback risks

  • Develop and implement strategies for preventing and detecting fraud

  • Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and investigate potential fraud incidences

  • Treasury Oversight

  • Devise and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity

  • Monitor and forecast cash positions to ensure operational funds availability

  • Manage foreign currency impact and hedging activities

  • Present treasury reports and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency and interest in Bitcoin
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, operations, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; prior banking relationships are beneficial
  • Thorough grasp of global banking norms and regulations
  • Proven track record in managing ACH transactions and banking operations
  • Expertise in treasury management and risk minimization tactics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
