Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global theft and fraud issues by overseeing team operations, setting goals, and achieving performance metrics.
• Implement strategies to reduce platform fraud incidents and minimize theft occurrences.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance processing efficiency, optimizing tools, and procedures.
• Recruit and develop top talent to ensure a skilled and proficient team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fraud management, including identifying patterns, investigating cases, and collaborating with law enforcement agencies.
• Experience in leading teams of 20 to 50 members, assigning tasks, monitoring workflows, and driving the team towards business objectives.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
• Proven ability to develop departmental strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve departmental goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to work across departments, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve security issues collaboratively.
• Background as a Risk Control Operations Manager in the financial or blockchain sectors is advantageous.
• Must be willing to work at Tun Razak Exchange near MRT TRX.
