Your Role

• Drive user growth by formulating and implementing strategies for user acquisition, activation, and identifying avenues for business expansion.
• Develop data-informed strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute them successfully.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, monitor competitor growth initiatives, and adapt strategies to optimize performance.

What You Bring to the Table

• A Bachelor's degree or higher, accompanied by at least 2 years of experience in user growth, data analysis, or strategic operations. We also consider exceptional recent graduates with extensive project exposure.
• Strong knowledge of the blockchain sector, familiarity with centralized exchange (CEX) operations, and a track record of personal insights and research in the industry.
• Outstanding logical thinking, adept at cross-departmental collaboration, proficient in user insights and data analysis, and skilled in data management, with advanced Excel proficiency.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with programming-related data analysis tools like Python or R.
• Proven expertise in project management.
• Previous roles in reputable companies within the industry.
