Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Create targeted campaigns to enhance awareness and highlight product differentiators, tailoring messages for distinct audience segments.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to align on priorities and launch sequences while bringing key positioning into campaigns.
  • Contribute campaign content ideas and work on thought leadership, digital content, and customer success stories.
  • Drive partner marketing activations to achieve measurable outcomes and ensure smooth campaign execution.

Execution and Optimization

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, content, events, social media, paid media, KOLs, and partner marketing.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing on concepts, messaging, and assets to optimize campaign performance based on data and insights.

Campaign Performance and Efficiency

  • Track and report on campaign impact across the entire funnel, from awareness to launched Minds.
  • Take ownership of campaign KPIs, including reach, engagement, sign-ups, Minds spun up, and customer acquisition cost.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate measurement, attribution, and reporting, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to scale successful campaigns effectively.

Team Collaboration:

  • Report to the Marketing Director as an individual contributor responsible for managing campaign spend and liaising with the wider marketing team.
  • Work closely with product marketing on positioning, messaging, and launches.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to produce campaign assets and ensure successful delivery.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in running multi-channel consumer campaigns that drive user growth and product launches.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated cost-consciousness in campaign execution and impact evaluation.
  • Excellent written communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams.
