The Role:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the diverse marketing activities of the team. Responsibilities encompass aiding in administrative functions, operational tasks, and carrying out marketing initiatives for Digital Asset's global, cross-functional Marketing and Communications team. This presents a dynamic opportunity to enhance your skill set across a broad spectrum of B2B marketing activities while collaborating within a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier marketing results for an expanding technology enterprise.

Candidates must be within commuting distance to the London office, as part of a flexible, hybrid working schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at sophisticated B2B and Tech audiences for a complex, multi-year sales cycle.
  • Coordinate a diverse range of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences, ensuring seamless operation and follow-up.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and resources, which encompass the core marketing materials library, intranet, creative assets, and promotional items.
  • Offer day-to-day operational support to the marketing team, including organizing meetings, developing agendas and minutes, tracking action items, and managing travel logistics.
  • Support the financial operations of the team including, but not limited to, budgeting, expense tracking, vendor management, and executive reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of presentation materials for events, client pitches, and internal management meetings.

Key Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience within a global marketing team.
  • Demonstrated ability and keenness to continually expand knowledge in both blockchain and capital markets.
  • Strong affinity towards high-quality marketing content and a willingness to enhance skills in design, copywriting, and presentation creation.
  • Prior experience in project management within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Possess exceptional organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Flexibility in managing changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven ability and willingness to collaborate effectively with diverse team members having varied backgrounds and skill sets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bonus points for having:

  • Experience working with MarTech platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Meltwater, and Wrike.
  • Familiarity with essential office and productivity software such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, Adobe, Zoom, and Slack.

Requirements
Crypto/Web3 experience is a hard requirement
You have personally worked on or launched projects involving token launches, NFT mints, on-chain economies, Web3 communities, or crypto-native growth campaigns.
Deep Web3 fluency
You understand NFTs, tokens, tokenomics, P2E models, DAOs, crypto community behavior, and what drives trust, hype, engagement, and conversion in Web3 audiences.
Strong performance marketing background
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with proven results in crypto/Web3, community acquisition, or growth experiments.
Analytics-driven mindset
Analytics is part of your daily workflow. You are confident with platform analytics, Google Analytics, spreadsheets, A/B testing, campaign reporting, and performance optimization.
Nice to Have
These are not hard requirements, but they will make a candidate especially strong for this role:
Hands-on experience with NFT mints, OpenSea campaigns, token launches, tokenomics-based activations, or whitelist campaigns
Experience with crypto-native analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, DappRadar, or similar platforms

The role
You are the first person responsible for all of growth. There are no existing processes. No team that already figured it out. You build everything from zero - strategy, channels, agency management, influencer partnerships, and the team itself.
This is not a support role. This is not a social media manager role. You own the entire growth function with full accountability.
What you will own
Go-to-market strategy. Build the full pre-launch and launch plan. Own the budget, justify every line of spend, and report results. Structure and accountability - not guesswork and vibes.
Influencer and KOL partnerships. Identify the right people in the prediction markets and crypto trading community. Build real long-term relationships - not one-off paid posts. We want people who actually trade on platforms like ours and talk about it authentically.
Agency management. Set briefs, control results, don't let agencies run in "report-for-show" mode. Know what you are paying for and defend every decision to the founder in two sentences.
Hiring and building the marketing team. Close the SMM role yourself - write the JD, run interviews, onboard, and build a working system. You define how the team operates.
Community and content. Own the brand voice across Twitter/X, Telegram, and Discord. Build a genuine community around prediction markets - not just manage accounts. In the early days you post yourself, daily. You engage. You make 10arx impossible to ignore in the prediction markets space.
Pre-launch activation. Build the waitlist, create pre-launch momentum, and get the first 1K traders into the product before public release. The core audience needs to exist from day one.
AI-powered marketing systems. Build and run AI agent workflows for growth: automated prospect research, influencer pipeline tracking, content generation pipelines, performance monitoring. If something can be delegated to an AI agent - it should be. This is a core part of the role, not a bonus.
Analytics and retention. Track CAC, funnel conversion, influencer ROI. Own email and Telegram retention flows. Traders leave fast if they don't see value - keeping them is your job too.
Partnerships and BD. Build integrations and co-marketing with projects in the Polymarket and prediction markets ecosystem. Access to existing audiences - not ads.
What we are looking for
You actively trade or closely follow prediction markets and know the trading community from the inside - Polymarket, Kalshi, or similar
You have built or grown a crypto Twitter/X account or Telegram community with measurable results you can show us - not just assisted, but owned it
You have real experience with crypto, Web3, or fintech influencers - not just sending pitches, but building real long-term relationships or a proven method for doing it fast
