Summary:
Our client, a prominent tech platform based in Asia, is seeking a talented individual for the role of Head of Marketing. This individual will be integral in realizing the company's long-term goals and growth plans by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of product and customer insights across both B2C and B2B segments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive strategic marketing initiatives in Hong Kong to align with business objectives and regional programs.
- Lead marketing operations and plans to achieve brand and business performance metrics.
- Develop and implement local insights-driven programs across various marketing communication touchpoints.
- Evaluate market requirements to ensure competitive offerings and high customer satisfaction.
- Build and motivate a high-performing team aligned with company goals and values.
- Foster collaboration between local and regional teams and cross-functional units within the organization.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Regional Head of Country Marketing, and other functional teams within Marketing.
- Collaborate with the Hong Kong leadership team and cross-functional teams such as Product and Technology, Sales Operations, and more.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2C & B2B Marketing, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in industries like Technology, Telecommunication, FMCG, Recruitment Agency, or management consulting.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA from a reputable institution.
- Strategic thinker with proven experience in developing growth strategies.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, innovative mindset, and proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in managing a team of 9-10 members.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred.
- Track record of success in consumer-facing organizations or online businesses.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for experimentation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, collaborative work style, and a humble attitude towards work.
