Marketing Responsibilities at Wintermute:
The marketing role entails focusing on promoting customer-facing products such as OTC solutions, the Wintermute portal (NODE), and liquidity services for blockchain ventures. It includes conducting general awareness and recruitment marketing activities, as well as supporting venture investments and incubator initiatives. We seek a proactive, creative, and organized individual to drive marketing efforts, enhance engagement, establish connections across various channels, and leverage Wintermute's solid industry reputation. A strong passion for and knowledge of the crypto sphere is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Execution: Oversee the implementation of marketing activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Branding Support: Contribute to ongoing rebranding efforts and extending branding strategies to new initiatives.
- Content Marketing: Lead the creation of insightful content focused on education and value provision for partners and stakeholders.
- Enhancing Visibility: Elevate Wintermute's presence through media coverage, conference appearances, speaking engagements, and targeted events in collaboration with Event Management.
- Analytical Reporting: Establish a data-driven framework to track and report the outcomes of marketing initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, social media marketing, or related roles within high-performance environments like crypto, fintech, B2B SaaS, or similar sectors.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and creating customer-facing deliverables independently.
- Prior exposure to B2B marketing in high-value deal environments, with experience in finance, fintech, or crypto considered advantageous.
- Highly adaptable, with a knack for quickly grasping new concepts and learning about crypto and financial technologies autonomously.
