Overview
Our client is in search of a driven Marketing Manager to oversee marketing campaigns, handle PR relationships, engage with beauty Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and manage performance marketing on major paid channels. They are seeking a marketing leader who is innovative and eager to challenge traditional FMCG marketing practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of brand launches and growth initiatives, coordinating PR moments, influencer activities, and digital advertising with retail releases and overall business objectives.
- Cultivate and manage essential partnerships with beauty KOLs and media influencers in Hong Kong, while executing PR events and managing premium seeding kits to boost local awareness and sustain community engagement.
- Execute and optimize core paid campaigns across major social and search platforms, utilizing automated AI-driven campaign structures to allow platforms to optimize effectively and support Online-to-Offline (O2O) conversions.
- Actively integrate AI tools into daily tasks to enhance campaign strategies, speed up content creation, and streamline planning and workflow processes.
- Monitor campaign expenses related to influencer fees and paid media, adjusting allocations as necessary to meet ambitious retail sales targets.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Possess experience with 360-degree brand marketing, campaign management, or a combination of PR and digital growth, preferably within beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
- Have established relationships with local KOLs, talent agencies, and beauty media, alongside strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of major digital ad platforms to confidently navigate tools, launch campaigns, and assess performance metrics.
- Bring a strong curiosity towards AI applications, willingness to try new tools, and a desire to improve modern marketing workflows.
- Be highly organized, adept at managing multiple concurrent campaigns in a dynamic startup environment.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
