Marketing Manager - Mexico

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Mexico to oversee and implement the local Marketing Plan for Mexico and Colombia. This role encompasses coordinating both global and local marketing campaigns tailored to the local user base, organizing activations and events in the country, and engaging with the community. The primary objective is to enhance essential metrics through a comprehensive approach that covers user acquisition, engagement, and conversion processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and contribute to the strategic Marketing Plan, involving strategy development, planning, and execution. This encompasses hands-on tasks like campaign creation, implementation, collaboration with central teams, localization, evaluation, implementation, and reporting.
- Manage and define all aspects of marketing campaigns in Mexico and Colombia, including growth strategies, engagement initiatives, and brand activities.
- Lead brand, communications, and product campaigns by understanding the local consumer perspective and considering various aspects like Social Media, Paid Advertising, SEO, and Engagement.
- Serve as the liaison between user acquisition and brand marketing campaigns while emphasizing a user-focused narrative in all activities to drive growth and adoption.
- Introduce innovative campaign ideas to boost conversion rates and promote product adoption.
- Maintain a structured campaign calendar, plan campaigns effectively, and provide clear campaign reporting for local and global initiatives.
- Perform copywriting and proofreading tasks for campaign-related communications.
- Analyze and evaluate campaign performance across channels, producing actionable data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Conduct test-and-learn experiments, drive results, and support paid acquisition campaigns, referral initiatives, and co-marketing collaborations.
- Organize and manage local events, community meetups, and educational programs within the region.
- Take charge of the organization, execution, and communication in social channels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management capabilities alongside a good understanding of the crypto market.
- Experience or keen interest in copywriting.
- Proficient in branding, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Experience in Social Media, Community management, and influencer marketing is advantageous.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, incorporating a creative yet concise style.
- Familiarity with AI tools for community engagement, content creation, user segmentation, or campaign automation is a plus.
- Prior experience working within international teams and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate responsibility, stress resistance, self-motivation, and results-oriented performance.
