About the Role:
We are in search of a User Acquisition Creative Producer who excels in generating high-performing user acquisition ads to foster player growth and maximize campaign effectiveness. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced creative environments and comprehend the impact of ad content on conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will collaborate closely with User Acquisition managers, marketers, editors, and external partners to promptly produce and enhance ad content for various advertising platforms.
Responsibilities:
Creative Production
- Develop performance-oriented marketing materials
- Conduct rapid testing and evolution of ad concepts, hooks, and formats
- Enhance ad creatives based on campaign performance insights
- Edit and produce large quantities of UA video ads
Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate with UA buyers and growth teams
- Assist in creative testing and amplification endeavors
- Implement best practices for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and mobile ads
Vendor & Pipeline Management
- Coordinate external partners and outsourcing entities
- Supervise creative workflows, schedules, and asset distribution
- Maintain orderly production pipelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in video production, creative production, or performance marketing creatives
- Proficient in video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Prior involvement in creating high-converting digital ads
- Capacity to thrive in dynamic, high-output work settings
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
Nice to have:
- Background in games, entertainment, or consumer marketing
- Previous experience with mobile game UA creatives
- Experience in managing agencies or external collaborators
- Knowledge in motion graphics or direct-response advertising
