Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Manage daily marketplace operations across various platforms, ensuring seamless purchasing experiences for customers. Optimize product listings and availability for Ledger hardware wallets and accessories.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, forecast restocking requirements, and uphold uninterrupted shopping experiences for customers.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Ledger's market presence on diverse online platforms. Drive traffic to stores and webpages through targeted marketing efforts.
- Content Innovation: Create engaging and educational Web3 content to captivate and inform our audience.
- Collaborative Approach: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to create compelling content, promotions, and campaigns tailored to different marketplace audiences.
- Business Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to generate detailed reports on listing performance, sales trends, and advertising impact.
- Continuous Enhancement: Provide insightful recommendations to refine marketplace strategies continually. Propose and implement new tools or processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or advertising platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.
- Interest in web3/crypto technologies.
