• Play a key role in designing the foundational framework for a Multi-Channel Network (MCN), incorporating contract models, revenue-sharing strategies, and performance evaluation mechanisms.
• Establish and optimize a structured approach for managing creators across different tiers – top-tier, mid-tier, and emerging creators.
• Support the development of creator growth pathways from initial stages to monetization opportunities.
• Streamline content production processes and create standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate internally to enhance content exposure and conversion rates based on platform rules.
• Explore and enhance monetization channels within the MCN framework, like live streaming collaborations and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in creating fair revenue-sharing models for creators and improving content production to transaction outcomes.
• Ensure effective day-to-day coordination within the MCN operations team.
• Monitor performance metrics closely and conduct performance evaluations regularly.
• Focus on boosting creator productivity and elevating content quality consistently.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Multi-Channel Network or content platform operations.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with international partners effectively.
• Previous experience with platforms like Douyin, Xiaohongshu, or WeChat Channels is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of content distribution strategies and traffic mechanisms.
• Preferred experience in managing or nurturing creators.
• Commercial acumen with a fundamental knowledge of monetization tactics.
