Anchorage Digital holds the distinction of being home to Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first crypto bank federally chartered in the U.S. The company's funding partners are eminent establishments like Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa, contributing to its Series D valuation surpassing $3 billion. The genesis of Anchorage Digital occurred in 2017 in San Francisco, California, and has expanded with offices in New York, Porto, Singapore, and Sioux Falls. Operational insights can be obtained by delving into @Anchorage and on LinkedIn.
Recognizing the escalating digital threats and the proliferation of sophisticated attacks by malicious entities, we place significant emphasis on security and therefore impose the requirement that all new recruits complete an in-person onboarding process without exceptions. Upholding the importance of security, physical identity verification, and secure IT setups are priorities. Although physical presence is necessitated for our security and IT protocols to safeguard our infrastructure against global cybersecurity threats, this decision is equally fueled by our Village culture ethos, rooted in the belief that while laptops can be shipped, culture cannot.
