The successful candidate for the Member of Global Operations, Strategic Initiatives role will be integral to the Strategic Initiatives team under the Global Operations sector. This position holds a pivotal role in ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable operational support across multiple business segments spanning different jurisdictions. The core responsibilities entail overseeing the resolution and reporting of global operations issues and audit findings, as well as crafting high-quality strategic presentations for senior management and board-level audiences.

Qualifications:

• Possess 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in fields like advisory, strategic consulting, banking, or venture capital.
• Proficient in writing, editing, or reviewing technical documents within the regulatory or banking domain.
• Previous experience supporting senior executives in global organizations.
• Demonstrated passion for enhancing efficiency and optimization through data-driven analysis.
• Strong written communication skills to effectively engage audiences at varying levels of seniority.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Key Focus Areas:

• Provide program management support for firm-wide strategic planning endeavors and related due diligence activities.
• Offer research, analytics, and program management support for regular committee reporting, leadership updates, and strategic projects.
• Assist in maintaining controls' library in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct additional governance-related reviews to meet client requirements promptly.
• Collaborate with corporate planning teams to create and deliver relevant MIS reporting for the Head of Global Operations and broader C-Suite decision-making.
• Facilitate AD-wide collaboration by aiding in the development of materials for team presentations, reporting, and leadership updates.

Additional Skills & Interactions:

• Collaborate effectively with Global Operations teammates to identify support needs and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain an acute awareness of Anchorage Digital's business strategies, major objectives, and ongoing initiatives.
• Monitor company goal development and trends influencing success.

Communication and Teamwork:

• Organize meetings to drive engagement and alignment within the Global Operations team.
• Develop presentation materials incorporating input from senior leaders to convey organizational updates and strategic messages effectively.
• Precision in communication of project status updates and sharing relevant information with colleagues and team leaders.
• Contribute actively to Global Operations efforts as a cohesive team player fostering positive internal and external relationships.

Preferred Experience:

• Coordination experience with diverse stakeholder groups.
