In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting department and business leaders as they engage with clients, refine business strategies, and collaborate with multiple teams across Anchorage.

Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated work experience in traditional financial services sectors such as banking, asset management, capital markets, or wealth management.
- Proficient in understanding risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations related to FIG business and the target client base.
- Strong capabilities in research, analysis, writing, presenting, and public communication.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Drive primary research and data analysis efforts to bolster strategic initiatives within FIG and various business lines or client segments.
- Manage cross-functional projects, serving as a key representative of FIG in collaborations with other departments.
- Engage in client interactions to build relationships, foster business growth, and advance client deals.
- Cross-team collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product for problem-solving, strategy formulation, prioritization, and roadmap execution.
- Contribute to strategy execution and internal FIG operation enhancement.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Contribute to prioritization and development of critical business initiatives, product feature requirements, and automation/scalability.
- Function effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Foster knowledge sharing across the FIG team.
Communication and Influence:
- Engage in strategic proposal development, client-facing presentations, business plans, regular/ad hoc reporting, and execution roadmaps.
- Collaborate within FIG and cross-functionally to navigate challenges, gain consensus, address issues, and present to business leads, department heads, and stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- Solid background (4-10 years) in traditional financial services with a bonus of 1 year in an institutional-focused crypto business.
- Previous experience managing cross-functional initiatives pertaining to institutional services delivery.
- Comfortable engaging with institutional client leads and coordinating with internal stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication skills, research acumen, data analysis proficiency, and presentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with computer science principles and basic programming skills (Python, R, Java, SQL, etc.).
Additional:
- Appreciation of the musical "Hamilton" is a plus, reflecting an enthusiasm for redefining financial systems.
