The Core Experience team is responsible for fundamental functionalities including authorization, identity management, policies, and user administration. As a Product Manager in this team, your primary focus will be on evolving secure and scalable solutions that underpin the Anchorage platform, enabling various teams through robust authentication, access controls, and administrative capabilities.
You will steer the product strategy for essential internal systems, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance. Your team is accountable for maintaining critical infrastructure that acts as a foundation for other teams, spanning identity services, policy frameworks, and administrative tools.

Technical Skills:
- Lead the detailed prioritization of your product's roadmap, balancing new feature development and addressing technical debt.

You may be appropriate for this role if:
- Possess 10+ years of relevant product management experience.

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
- Have personally written a smart contract or a dApp.
- Have developed products from inception to completion for financial institutions either as a PM or a developer.
