- Develop, construct, and upkeep the foundational services that drive Anchorage's stablecoin issuance platform.
- Integrate functionalities such as minting, burning, pausing, and blocklisting, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and the Genius Act.
- Work collaboratively with auditors, partners, and internal teams to deliver fully functional code that instills trust in institutional clients.
- Produce clean, tested, and robust code in languages such as Go, C++, Java, TypeScript, Solidity, and related platforms.
- Take ownership of services from design to deployment, prioritizing resilience, auditability, and security.
- Assist in constructing robust monitoring and reconciliation systems for seamless operation both on-chain and off-chain.
- Contribute towards the technical roadmap and establishment of engineering best practices for a globally impactful business division.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in building sophisticated distributed systems in real-world environments.
- Strong foundation in concurrency, algorithms, and system design without mandatory formal education in Computer Science.
- Proficiency in designing and expanding API-first services, encompassing REST, gRPC, and GraphQL.
- Commitment to crafting secure, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Understanding the balance between speed and safety in a regulated setting.

- Previous engagement with blockchains and a focus on on-chain security.
- Personal traits including pragmatism, attention to detail, humility, ambition, and methodical working approach.
- Genuine dedication to code quality.
Additional Qualifications:
- Professional background in TypeScript, Java, Go, or Rust.
