Microsoft Consultant

Our client is seeking skilled Microsoft consultants in Hong Kong with expertise in the Power Platform to drive the design and implementation of advanced solutions for key clients in mission-critical sectors.

This role combines architecture, delivery, and stakeholder collaboration, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform for major organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating proficiency in Power Platform technologies
• Leading the end-to-end development and architecture of Power Platform solutions in intricate enterprise settings
• Creating scalable, secure, and reliable applications for essential workloads
• Providing guidance to clients on platform governance, environment planning, and best procedures
• Enhancing operational excellence in performance, reliability, and support preparedness
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, such as IT leaders, architects, and business units to shape solutions and deliver results
• Partnering across Microsoft and partner networks to offer integrated solutions

Requirements:

• Proven background in deploying enterprise-level Power Platform solutions
• Successful history in managing critical and large-scale implementations
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders among technical and business groups
• Experience operating in intricate client or consultancy environments
• Extensive hands-on practice in:
  • Power Apps:
    • Planning and building Canvas and Model-driven Apps
    • Implementing intricate business logic
    • Addressing performance and scalability concerns
  • Power Automate:
    • Developing advanced cloud-based workflows and automation solutions
    • Integrating with Microsoft and third-party systems
    • Managing monitoring, error handling, and resiliency aspects
  • Dataverse:
    • Creating data models and platform architectures
    • Designing security features, such as role-based access control
    • Incorporating with enterprise solutions
  • Governance & ALM:
    • Executing environment strategies and DLP policy enforcement
    • Managing application lifecycle procedures
    • Implementing CI/CD pipelines and integrating DevOps

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, F&O, etc.)
• Experience in integrating Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• Holding Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is a bonus
