Job Overview:
The Mining Operations Tech position is essential to CleanSpark's Bitcoin mining operations, involving 24/7 coverage and support for mining operations. This role collaborates with the engineering and facilities teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Starting rate ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and document equipment shipments accurately, maintain inventory records, update tracking tickets, and assist with equipment installations and reorganizations.
- Conduct basic maintenance on mining equipment, monitor mining pool data, facilitate work on equipment, troubleshoot issues, and assist with building and electrical maintenance.
- Monitor temperature changes in data centers and office spaces, and handle additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Technical experience is beneficial but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, basic computer skills, proactive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
- Certifications and licenses are not necessary.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, reliable self-transportation.
