Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fund or security issuers on fund or security subscription and redemption processes
• Manage entitlement distribution in liaison with fund or security issuers and handle any capital calls
• Coordinate with service providers or IRAS on withholding tax computations, e-filing, and payment processing
• Monitor distribution pay-outs from underlying base assets or funds meticulously
• Conduct account reconciliation activities effectively
• Handle regulatory reporting responsibilities diligently
• Manage post-trade settlement and product lifecycle supervision
• Establish and oversee issuer fee schedules, tracking due fee invoice payments for both direct and third-party security token issuances
• Maintain promotional campaigns on the ADDX proprietary platform
• Assist in digitalizing workflows utilizing an automation platform

Skills, Knowledge, and Certifications Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel
• Working knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation (mandatory)
• Basic comprehension of financial markets, encompassing key concepts and terminology
• Strong attention to detail
