Operations Lead - Card/Payments

Responsibilities:
- Lead, project manage, and successfully launch Card/Pay projects working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise and enhance all operational processes and activities within the organization
- Ensure adherence to regulatory mandates and industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate card operations' performance metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts concerning card production and services, maintaining service level agreement adherence
- Address escalated issues and complex scenarios related to card operations effectively
- Ensure efficient resolution of all card dispute operations within stipulated timelines
- Guarantee accurate setup of settlements and reconciliation processes
- Provide support for operations post project launch in collaboration with relevant parties
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant operational experience
- Demonstrated experience in the card/payments sector
- Proficient in working with global teams including product, customer service, tech, risk, and finance
- Proven track record of effectively managing vendor relationships
