Position Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth platform operation for ADDX clients.
- Collaborating with Issuance teams on investment offerings setup.
- Configuring subscription/redemption windows for open-ended funds.
- Working closely with Product and Technology teams to define new platform features.
- Leading Business Operations projects for automation and platform enhancements.
- Conducting customer due diligence on onboarded investors and issuers.
- Coordinating new account applicant follow-ups with the Customer Service team.
- Drafting and updating operational process documents and manuals.
- Reviewing and approving security token reconciliation and other reports.
- Addressing audit queries related to client onboarding and investment operations.
- Handling internal and external queries regarding the platform and client requests.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related finance discipline.
- Over 6 years experience in securities or fund operations, with operational experience in an investment platform as a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in Client Onboarding, particularly with corporates, institutions, funds, etc.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, AML/CFT compliance, and MAS guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills, independence in task execution, problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of finance products like private equity and hedge funds.
