Overview
Our client, a prominent travel service provider with a rich history spanning over 50 years in global travel products, seeks an Operations Manager for their Taipei location. Ideal candidates will have experience in supply chain/logistics and a strong background in demand/supply planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate global tour operations in alignment with customer and agent specifications
- Lead and cultivate the operations team, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards
- Collaborate effectively with Country Managers, Sales team, and Network Offices
- Partner with Head of Operation to optimize manpower and drive efficiency enhancements
- Monitor cancellation deadlines and uphold compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Efficiently manage complaint resolution and leverage a data analysis system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Tourism/Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
- Demonstrated leadership skills within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of independent work
- Mature professional capable of excelling under pressure
