We are in search of an Operations Specialist to bolster daily operations, oversee product operations, and drive new business initiatives for a regulated cryptocurrency exchange venture.
This position will serve as Tier-2 operations support and act as a dependable backup to the Operation Manager. The individual will aid in managing daily operations, dealing with operational issues, liaising with internal teams, and backing product or service launches from an operations standpoint.
Moreover, the role will extend support to new business avenues such as Tokenization if integrated by the company. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in crypto exchange operations, fintech operations, business operations, or regulated platform operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations & Tier-2 Support
- Assisting in daily operational tasks to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Acting as Tier-2 support for operational issues escalated from internal or customer-facing units.
- Tracking, following up, and coordinating issue resolution across relevant departments until resolution.
- Drafting routine and ad-hoc operational updates for managerial review.
2. Product & Business Operations
- Facilitating product launch readiness from an operational perspective, including UAT coordination, SOP development, FAQ creation, internal alignment, and post-launch supervision.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Reviewing product workflows and identifying operational discrepancies, user challenges, or process risks pre and post-launch.
- Upgrading workflows, checklists, and internal playbooks to foster scalable operations.
3. New Business Operations
- Aiding in operations planning and execution for new business endeavors, encompassing Tokenization-related services.
- Contributing to designing operational workflows, control points, SOPs, and issue management frameworks for new services.
- Coordinating efforts with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, Finance, and external collaborators to ensure launch readiness and post-launch operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, business operations, fintech operations, crypto exchange operations, platform operations, or related fields.
- Proficient in operational processes, issue resolution, and cross-functional cooperation.
- Bilingual English/Thai fluency essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
- Capable of independent follow-up management in a fast-paced, regulated setting.

We are expanding globally and are looking for motivated Business Development & Marketing Representatives to help grow the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Promote awareness of the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Introduce individuals, communities, and businesses to UTOP.
Build relationships with blockchain communities, influencers, and strategic partners.
Generate qualified leads for partnerships and business opportunities.
Identify merchant adoption opportunities.
Assist with community growth across social media and Web3 platforms.
Represent UTOPOS professionally in online and offline communities.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Representatives earn commissions in UTOP based on qualified business generated for the UTOPOS ecosystem. Commission terms will be provided during onboarding and are paid only after qualifying milestones have been successfully completed.
Top performers may be offered long-term positions and leadership opportunities as UTOPOS expands globally.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Existing crypto or business network is a plus but not required.
