Operations Specialist (KZ)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit necessary documents for regulatory approval of new tokens, products, and services.
• Collaborate with the tech team to resolve technical issues effectively to ensure platform stability.
• Coordinate with the KYC team to streamline customer verification processes and ensure compliance.
• Work with wallet/clearing/treasury teams to manage transactions, settlements, and liquidity efficiently.
• Partner with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and introduce new product offerings.
• Act as the main contact for new KYB-users during onboarding, assisting with corporate account setup and liaising with internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with current corporate clients, managing fee reconciliations, document filing, and addressing transaction issues.

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations management or related fields.
• Graduate from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams to address operational needs and resolve complex challenges.
• Strong integrity, dedication, and passion for the organization.
• Ability to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in research, writing, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English required.
• Experience in marketing campaigns or project leadership is advantageous.
