Description
The team at Binance Wallet is working on constructing a decentralized version of Binance, which includes on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, decentralized Earn, and more. In this initiative, users are granted full control over their assets for easy token trading across any blockchain. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to meet set KPIs
- Manage and oversee operations of the Referral program, which includes monitoring performance, analyzing data, and continuously optimizing
- Cultivate long-term relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, encompassing onboarding, communication, performance assessments, and aligning incentives
- Address user issues and propose appropriate solutions
- Evaluate business and user needs (such as trading patterns, referral performance, KOL input) and suggest scalable solutions with implementation strategies
- Review user feedback, trading statistics, and rebate performance, to pinpoint areas of improvement, optimize incentive mechanisms, and enhance user satisfaction
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate execution of campaigns, including trading contests, referral promotions, and initiatives led by KOLs
- Handle other miscellaneous tasks as required
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the Web3 and finance sectors
- Strong logical thinking skills, effective communication abilities, self-motivated, and a quick learner
- Demonstrates a sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and strong capability
