Responsibilities:

  • Identify key partners in different sectors.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners as per the GTM Partnerships 2024 plan.
  • Establish effective communication and contacts to enhance global partnerships in line with various sales strategies.
  • Develop a thorough playbook outlining partnership tiers, sales materials, objectives, metrics, and toolkits per segment.
  • Secure commitments from at least 50% of Tier 1 targets in the GTM Partnerships plan.
  • Create and implement clear plans for early adoption through business development endeavors.
  • Agree on and document minimum commercial and contractual outcomes related to product suite adoption.
  • Onboard new partners to promote and adopt the product suite.
  • Support partners in initial introductions to the products and services.
  • Regularly update internal teams and partners on progress, tracking partner advancement against defined metrics to ensure alignment with objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in outcome-based partnership strategies.
  • Ability to coordinate partnership activities across various internal departments.
  • Keen interest in blockchain technology and general crypto experience.
  • Technical expertise and/or background in technical/security settings.
  • Strong skills in relationship-building and fostering cross-functional alignment.
  • Leadership capabilities to influence without direct authority.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in partnership program building.
  • Experience in facilitating deals through execution, collaborating with legal, finance, and product teams.
  • Expertise in enabling partners with an understanding of various partnership models.
  • Negotiation skills to ensure company needs are met.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Solutions Engineering or a strong technical understanding.
  • Consulting/practice management background with engagement proposals and contracting experience.
