We are looking for a motivated individual to lead Partner Account Management, focusing on strategic partnerships to drive the adoption and commercialization of our product suite. This role plays a key part in nurturing relationships with top partners, aligning goals, and coordinating joint efforts to enhance client adoption and revenue. Responsibilities:
- Identify key partners in different sectors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with strategic partners as per the GTM Partnerships 2024 plan.
- Establish effective communication and contacts to enhance global partnerships in line with various sales strategies.
- Develop a thorough playbook outlining partnership tiers, sales materials, objectives, metrics, and toolkits per segment.
- Secure commitments from at least 50% of Tier 1 targets in the GTM Partnerships plan.
- Create and implement clear plans for early adoption through business development endeavors.
- Agree on and document minimum commercial and contractual outcomes related to product suite adoption.
- Onboard new partners to promote and adopt the product suite.
- Support partners in initial introductions to the products and services.
- Regularly update internal teams and partners on progress, tracking partner advancement against defined metrics to ensure alignment with objectives.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in outcome-based partnership strategies.
- Ability to coordinate partnership activities across various internal departments.
- Keen interest in blockchain technology and general crypto experience.
- Technical expertise and/or background in technical/security settings.
- Strong skills in relationship-building and fostering cross-functional alignment.
- Leadership capabilities to influence without direct authority.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a background in partnership program building.
- Experience in facilitating deals through execution, collaborating with legal, finance, and product teams.
- Expertise in enabling partners with an understanding of various partnership models.
- Negotiation skills to ensure company needs are met.
- Innovative and creative thinking skills to prioritize impactful opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Solutions Engineering or a strong technical understanding.
- Consulting/practice management background with engagement proposals and contracting experience.
- Knowledge of the Web3 industry.
- Analytical skills to promote accountability through data.
