DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proficient PCB Repair Supervisor to be a key player at Foundry, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Foundry Academy & Repair, the Supervisor will oversee efficient and high-quality repair operations within our manufacturing warehouse. The primary responsibility will be to lead the operations team to meet production goals while ensuring safety and compliance standards are maintained.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key focus of the PCB Repair Supervisor role is to lead and manage the PCB repair team, ensuring all operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum of five years overall experience with two years in a management role and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Prior operations and team administration experience necessary.
  • Knowledge and experience in electronics and hardware required, along with essential experience in profit and loss management focusing on cost control.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The role demands physical capabilities, including frequent standing, walking, and talking. Occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds may be necessary, with some work on uneven surfaces, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a Bitcoin mining equipment hashboard repair facility preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of process and productivity management frameworks like LEAN, Six Sigma, or Toyota operation systems desired.

COMPENSATION RANGE:

The salary range for this position is ($70,000-$90,000) exclusive of other benefits such as a 401K match, bonuses, and more, which are not included in this range.
