The Analyst, Global HR Analytics & Insights role is pivotal in delivering top-tier HR analytics, reporting, and insights to support the organization's HR Strategy. Collaborating closely with senior HR leaders, this position focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining workforce trend analytics, employee engagement insights, and goal tracking against benchmarks. The Analyst transforms data and insights into impactful visualizations and narratives, driving talent-related strategies and decision-making across the organization.
Your Contributions
- Develop HR dashboards to monitor workforce trends, analyzing areas like headcount, turnover, retention, diversity and inclusion, talent development, business continuity, and remote effectiveness to enhance organizational performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders on topics such as employee engagement and exit surveys, identifying trends and aligning with benchmarks.
- Advise global HR teams on data usage, governance, metrics, insights, and trend analysis, offering guidance and support on related inquiries and requests.
- Work collaboratively with HRIS and other HR teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting and analysis.
- Lead data initiatives focusing on standardizing, cleansing, and mapping HR data for integration into other systems and business processes.
- Conduct detailed analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancing HR processes, employee engagement, retention, and talent management.
- Utilize metrics to communicate the efficacy and health of functions and processes across the organization effectively.
- Produce concise reports and presentations based on analytics and insights periodically and as needed to support HR strategic directives.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, HR, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or equivalent roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, ETL tools, Power BI, or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Management Systems, with expertise in Workday HCM a plus.
- Ability to extract and manipulate data from enterprise-level data platforms and HR systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a talent for innovative problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
- Track record of producing cohesive reports, structuring disparate data sources, and creating engaging data visualizations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to result accuracy, especially in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive people data and a commitment to data privacy principles.
- Keen interest in continuous learning and staying updated on HR analytics and technology trends.
