The People Team
The People Team at Chainlink Labs plays a critical role in steering the company's growth and defining its future within the Web3 industry. We are seeking a dedicated, analytical People Business Partner to collaborate with leaders in the Engineering and Product departments. As the organization grows rapidly, the ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with supported teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs). The role requires a solid HR foundation in various disciplines such as employee relations, performance management, HR policy development, and talent management. Additionally, the candidate should be proactive in business partnerships, offering guidance on change management, performance, and talent management. The dynamic, fast-paced, and globally distributed setting presents a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for career growth.
Your Impact
- Provide leadership and guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Utilize employee data to identify trends, gaps, and strategize on people’s needs to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering leaders to offer strategic counsel and support the People team.
- Engage with People COEs to enhance scalability and efficiency of HR processes while contributing to program improvement and scalability.
- Contribute to the execution of various HR programs like performance management, compensation, talent development, and inclusion.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' HRBP experience and a minimum of 5 years in HR.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR functions and collaborating with COEs, particularly in talent management, organizational design, and program management.
- Experience in the tech industry, preferably with remote, globally distributed workforces.
- Track record of scaling and customizing people programs to align with business strategies.
- Extensive experience in highly skilled employee populations and competitive labor markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a web3 environment or advising web3 companies.
- Interest in blockchain technology and smart contracts.
- Previous role as a HRBP for GTM.
All roles at Chainlink Labs are globally positioned and remote-based. Candidates are encouraged to have some overlapping working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
