About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned People Business Partner, Enablement to join our team. In this role, you will drive business success by enhancing organizational design, improving departmental performance, strengthening leadership capabilities, and supporting overall people-centered initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will implement strategic programs to boost organizational effectiveness and enhance employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid HRBP background, extensive experience in HR functions, and a track record of successful collaboration with Centers of Excellence. Prior experience in the tech industry, change management, and global workforce management would be advantageous.
Your Impact
- Drive organizational design enhancements in key areas, focusing on business needs, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Enhance departmental performance and culture by setting goals, executing initiatives, and optimizing performance.
- Develop managerial and leadership talent through capability development, talent identification, and management-specific programs.
- Support broader people initiatives by implementing key programs, educating leaders and employees, and advising on program design.
- Partner with senior leaders to resolve issues, build relationships, and ensure HR initiatives' success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HRBP roles.
- Proven success in HR functional areas and partnering with COEs across talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
- HRBP experience in the tech industry, particularly with globally distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
- Familiarity with labor laws in the Americas and exposure to global regions.
- Experience scaling people programs in alignment with business needs.
- Proficiency in change management and influencing stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Requirements
- Interest or experience in Web3, blockchain technology, and smart contracts.
- Global HRBP experience in the tech industry, specifically with remote teams.
