About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned People Business Partner, Enablement to join our team. In this role, you will drive business success by enhancing organizational design, improving departmental performance, strengthening leadership capabilities, and supporting overall people-centered initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will implement strategic programs to boost organizational effectiveness and enhance employee satisfaction. Your Impact
- Drive organizational design enhancements in key areas, focusing on business needs, workforce planning, and talent development.
