Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, develop, and deploy financial products such as wallets, payment gateways, cashback systems, and merchant management tools.
• Create large-scale software systems that impact millions of users daily.
• Develop open API features for core financial products.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers to design and implement product features supporting the payment system.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, and engage in system refactoring.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code following engineering best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in core Java, with familiarity in the Spring framework.
• Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
• Proficiency in designing distributed systems along with knowledge of at least one messaging middleware and underlying design principles.
• Strong cross-team communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spring Cloud and microservices design.
• Previous experience in the Fin-Tech industry.
• Experience or interest in backend development, APIs, libraries, and SDKs.
• Performance tuning experience with JVM, SQL, and RPC operations.
• Experience in global team management.
